When Squirrelpaw, Brambleclaw, Tawnypelt, Stormfur, Feathertail, and Crowpaw go off on their journey to find the new home for the clans, they meet the Tribe of Rushing Water. They have a big problem... Sharptooth(a mountain lion). The cats decide to help the tribe. During the battle Crowpaw gets cornered by Sharptooth. To save Crowpaw, Feathertail jumps off a ledge and onto a stalactite directly above the mountain lion. The stalactite goes down, along with Feathertail, into the mountain lion's back. The force killed Feathertail.
