I also noticed that there is a manifold absolute pressure (MAP) sensor listed for the 2.3 L engine in a 2003 Ford Ranger

In this case the thread on cap on the engine coolant reservoir is your pressure cap / radiator cap The 3.0L and 4.0L V6 engines have the radiator cap on top of the radiator
