in northern Saudi Arabia jawf it snows mostly every winter but sometimes it's heavy snow and sometimes it's light snow but it's often gets heavy snow in 2013 it snowed a really heavy snow with blizzards on December 14th in jawaf

the ansawer simplely yes,saudi arabia is a large country and extnded to latitude from 32 " north till 16 " south .in certain areas there is a definite 4 seasons espicially in northern half of the countery ,where possibility of snow can occur seldomly mainly in mountains of tabouk area -2500 m of elevation-

and usually the climate is so severe also in northern desert where snowstorms can occur every 2-3 years

in southern part of the countery and to west there is a raged mountains with high altitude -can reach to 3300m above sea level ,here the climate is so pleasant and serene during summer and very cold during winter

snow fall is not rare condition
