No. The reason that Japan attacked Pearl Harbor was because they were worried that the gigantic US Pacific Fleet would try to halt their expansion to other islands. they wanted to deal a crippling blow so the US wouldn't be able to interfere. Unfortunately for Japan, they didn't destroy every ship, and the USS Enterprise was not at Pearl Harbor so it wasn't affected in anyway. The USS Enterprise was the main ship that led to the downfall of the Japanese Navy.
