No, Leafpool did not give birth to Hollykit, Lionkit, and Jaykit in the book "The Power of Three." These kits were born to Squirrelflight, who raised them as her own. Leafpool is actually their biological mother, but due to certain circumstances, Squirrelflight decided to raise them as her own.

Leafpool is the mother of Lionkit ( lionpaw , Lionblaze ) hollykit ( Hollypaw , Hollyleaf ) and Jaykit ( Jaypaw , Jayfeather ) . And you can not be a medicine cat and have kits.
