Leprechauns are fictional characters of Irish folklore.

Yes.

The are still 236 Leprechauns living in Ireland .They live below Foy mountain in Carlingford Co. Louth. You can find out as much as you want about them on UTube by searching under Carlingford Leprechaun. They are protected by the E.U.under a European Habitats Directive.

leprechaun

In Irish folklore, a fairy in the form of a tiny old man wearing a cocked hat and leather apron. Solitary by nature, leprechauns lived in remote places and worked as shoemakers. Each was believed to possess a hidden crock of gold. If captured and threatened, a leprechaun might reveal the gold's hiding place, provided his captor never took his eyes off him. Usually the captor was tricked into glancing away, and the leprechaun vanished. The word derives from the Old Irish luchorpan ("little body").

I don't understand how people are so stupid!!! Like they are literally all around. I am from the right side of the rainbow and everyone there is a bit fruity but me of course. Now to prove that yall are completely stupidity I will name a few that are Leprechauns. Yall may be known with the famous Beauty person named James Charles. People say leprechauns like pots of gold but he's got a pot of morphe brushes! Ohh I could go on and on about him being such a nice groomer. He really loves those kids. Frosted lucky charms? Nah, frosted lucky MINORS am I right? Moving on we got Ed Sheeran, he is our leader but honestly, he's such a fruit cake I hate him with a burning passion. Anyway just wanted to come and say that they are real and everywhere.

In Ireland the people believe that leprechauns may exist, but most people would object to that almost anywhere else in the world. However, unicorns exist, I know that's off topic but it answers two questions in one!

Yes, the little rascals.

To some people they are and others no. I personally believe in them but have never seen one. Look up Irish folk tales and you might find something.
