No, when you own the death note you go to heaven nor hell, no one knows where you go.
Ryuk said in Death Note that any human using the Death Note cannot go to Heaven nor Hell. The human is sent to Mu instead. Mu is Japanese for Nothingness. In the epilogue, we see a new shinigami in the Shinigami Realm. There are several reasons to believe that is Light Yagami as a shinigami (thus making Mu the Shinigami Realm) but there is no firm proof.
Yes. Because as Light is about to die, he asks Ryuk if the reason the Death Note says people who have used the notebook go to 'mu' (nothingness) is because there is no heaven or hell, and Ryuk says that is correct.
From Death Note, Light's last name is Yagami. Light Yagami
No. As the Rules State, One Whom Has Used The Death Note May Not Go To Heaven Or Hell. They Go To Mu, Or Nothingness.
He went to the Shinigami world after Light told him to get rid of the death note, but he returned after Light memory's back

It is written as one of the conditions in the Death Note. Ryuk also mentions this before Light Yagami dies at the end of the book. As to where these people go, they end up in Mu, meaning nothingness.
Ryuk kills Light by writing his name in the Death Note.

Basically, when Light Yagami is killed by Ryuuku, we learn that he won't go to heaven or hell. In the manga, it shows a flashback with Light and Ryuuku, when Ryuuku first tells Light this, Light says "There isn't a heaven or hell, is there?" It is revealed that no matter what you have done you will not go to heaven or hell. You will turn into nothingness, 'Mu' is what they called it, think of it as an atheists point of view. We can also conclude that Misa Amane commited suicide, I believe the author of the manga even confirmed that. We learn later that Near takes on the roll of L, and that neither Light or L's death are released to the public, nor was the facts about the Death Note. When Ryuuku reveals to Near that the rule about the Death Note being destroyed was fake, Near then burns the book. In the manga, Mikami dies in jail, after going crazy. Matsuda seems to suspect that it might be Nears doing.
In the Death Note: How to Read, it says that he weighs 119 lbs
japan
As he is dead, the answer to that is no.
