This is a question no one can answer because,

we believe that over millions of people died during the making of pyramids. In other words no one knows how many people died building the pyramid.

Alas, there was no obligation on building contractors in those days to keep site safety records, there were no Health and Safety at Work inspectors, so they got away with poor standards.

As a result, we don't know.

yes lots of people did.

The most likely cause of death was probably being crushed by the heavy stones or from falls. Slaves working naked in hot sun must have also died from heatstroke and dehydration. The powers-to-be at the time most likely kept no records or even cared for that matter, so we have no idea of how many.

Not much is know about how many were killed or died during the building of the pyramids. No written records were kept to keep count of the death toll so scientist only speculate on the number killed during the building process.
