because America is not as corrupt as the other countries people like to come here and that's how America has such a diverse ethnic group and religions, people from Asia, Africa, and Europe.

Europeans migrated to North America for many reasons. Examples of which are:* Better economic opportunities;* To escape from religious persecution;* To escape from repressive regimes in Europe; and* The desire to live in a democratic nation.

To escape persecution and have religious freedom.
They left England for America to be rid of religious discrimination.
People who would come to America to practice Quaker religious beliefs would likely have settled in Pennsylvania. Quakers left Britain for an opportunity for religious freedoms.
