It is not true that the beverages in the Scooby-Doo cartoons are always pink. For example, Gold-Ade is yellow (as shown on "What's New, Scooby-Doo?" in the episode "Gold Paw"). You may be thinking of Fenokee Fizz, from "The Gruesome Game of the Gator Ghoul" on "The Scooby-Doo Show." It was pink, and it was never explained why.
