Well, Anakin Skywalker died in "Return of the Jedi" after sacrificing himself to save his son. But if you count Shmi Skywalker, Anakin's mom, she died in her son's arms in "Attack of the Clones." Those are the only Skywalker deaths we see in the films.
Luke Skywalker has yet to die in the Star Wars universe.
Not likely as Yoda died and became one with the Force in Star Wars: Return of the Jedi (Episode VI).

He first appears under the guise of Darth Vader in the original film trilogy; Star Wars: Episode VI: Return of the Jedi and the subsequent prequel films present Anakin Skywalker, a conflicted Jedi Knight who falls to and returns from the dark side of the Force. Before his fall to the dark side, Vader fathers both Luke Skywalker and Princess Leia Organa; Luke ultimately redeems his father in Return of the Jedi, and Anakin sacrifices himself to save his son.

Rogue One is set some time after the events of Star Wars: Episode III - Revenge of the Sith and shortly before the events of the original Star Wars movie (Star Wars: Episode IV - A New Hope). It is supposed to be about a group of Rebel spies on a mission to steal the plans for the Galactic Empire's new superweapon, the Death Star. Perhaps we will find out more about how and why "Many Bothans died to bring us this information." [quote from the original Star Wars]
Frank Oz played Yoda who became one with the Force (died) during Episode 5
