Yes, they did on a few occasions. Brad actually recorded part of the "Brad Nowell and Friends: Acoustic" album at Miles house in late '94. Also, Slightly Stoopid opened for Sublime at the House of Blues in April of 1996. Also, they were scheduled to open for Sublime at the Glasshouse in Pamona in May of 1996 (just 4 days before Brad passed) though the show was cancelled.
