Yes. Anacondas, members of the boa family and sometimes called water boas, are the largest snakes in overall size, but pythons sometimes grow a foot or two longer.

They sense the vibrations of the pipe-player, who's foot tapping to the music creates vibrations through the ground. They do NOT respond to the tune - cine snakes are completely deaf !

your foot is good but make sure it is not poisonous also if you grab it behind the head it cant bite you
They move by sliding on their bellies, much like penguins or snakes... They do actually move on what is called their foot.
