Snape turned good way before that. He turned to the good side when he found out that the prophecy he overheard and told Voldemort about would mean that the one person he had ever loved ( Lily Potter Nee Evans ) was in danger. He then told Dumbledore and in exchange for their protection took a teaching place a Hogwarts. He told Voldemort that he was still a death eater and that the position would be useful to spy upon Dumbledore. Snape only told Voldemort what Dumbledore told him to tell which was rather a lot.
Yes. She battles Snape and Voldemort.
In the book, you only see Snape cry in the memories. In the movie 7-2, he "cries" so that Harry can see the memories in the Pensieve.
I suppose you refer to the movie, where Snape doesn't want to carry out a certain task that Dumbledore asked him to do - and that Snape had already agreed to do. The task - as is clarified in book 7 - was for Snape to kill Dumbledore.
Snape dies in Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows (book 7, the last) on page 658 and his last words, spoken to Harry, were "Look ... at ... me ..."
warning spoiler if you haven't read the 7 book Snape is always a double agent he pretends to be working with lord voldemort as a spy to spy on dumbledore but in reality he is working with dumbledore to protect harry.
Snape Lupin (former teacher) Moody (former teacher)
Books 1-5 was professor Snape, book 6-7 was Horace Slughorn.
