~The entresters~
They ate it one bite at a time.
To bite into prey or bite leaves, dinosaurs needed teeth. The T. Rex had the biggest teeth of all dinosaurs to deliver a killing bite to its prey. The sauropods had front teeth but no back teeth. The spinosaur adapted to eating fish and so had a mouth like crocodiles.
Baby T.Rex were hunted by Nanotyrannus. They would have used their bite to defend themselves. Adult T.Rex were not hunted.
One clade of dinosaurs, the theropods, were carnivorous. Many of them were large and ate other dinosaurs. Today, birds are the only surviving group of dinosaurs. Some birds of prey eat other birds, so dinosaurs still eat other dinosaurs today.

Carnivorous dinosaurs would eat other dinosaurs.
Yes. The carnivores ate the other dinosaurs. For example the T-Rex ate the Triceratops.
the herbivores
There were mammals living alongside the dinosaurs, but the dinosaurs were not mammals.
No. They're all dead. When they were alive, the carnivores certainly did bite. Their jaws were filled with razor-sharp teeth specifically for biting, killing and eating.
