Some people don't care about poor people because of many different reasons. Most of the people who don't care about the poor believe they're too "high and mighty" for the poor and may just flat out not care about the poor and see them as "savages". Other people don't care about the poor because they don't know what it is like to be poor.
because of they sow they were poor and show their crying emotions

The Salinas valley back in 1930 was very poor and had no money are food the had to work for their living. The people worked in ranches and even in factories. They were so poor they wore the same clothes. That is my answer to the question if you have anymore ideas add to it.
Kennedy's policies to improve health care for poor people in the USA
it is important cause poor people live there and a whole other culture does toOK, whoever put this answer is ridiculous!! Honestly?? I think a better explanation is the fact that Pakistan is an ally and we have had problems over there. There are many reasons as to why Pakistan is important to the U.S. and it's not because they have poor people...everywhere has poor people. Do we care about our enemies poor people....I don't think so. Most people don't even care about the U.S.'s poor people...so I highly doubt that's a reasonable answer.
