Yes, I went to the Jackson 5 concert in Sacramento, CA. However, I can't remember if it was in 1973 or 1974, and I also can't find ANY information on the internet of them even performing in Sacramento, which I find kind of strange
I went to a Jackson Five Concert in Sacramento in the Sixties. That's not saying they didn't come through again in the Seventies. I was a student at Davis until June 1967, so the concert was before that. It was at a large Sacramento concert hall, maybe the only one at that time. We sat up high, maybe in the top of the second balcony. I also saw the Mamas and the Papas there. I remember somebody told me Michael was five years old, but that probably wasn't true. It was a fabulous concert!
Yes they performed there in 1973 during the Jackson 5 World Tour.
