No. However before and during the Falkland conflict in 1982, the US tried to negotiate a peaceful settlement between the United Kingdom and Argentine and when that failed, they supplied intelligence information to UK forces.
They rented out telecommunication bandwidth, but that was the extent of any aid given.
Not in the Falklands War. In WW2 they most certainly did, although Roosevelt and Churchill had to jump through some spectacular political hoops to do so!
