The Confederacy won both the Battles of Bull Run (Manassas).
In the first, they were commanded by Joseph E. Johnston, against the Union army under Irvin McDowall.
In the second, they were commanded by Robert E. Lee, against the Union army under John Pope.
The Union tended to name battles after nearby bodies of water or other natural landmarks; the Confederacy tended to name them after the nearest town or other man-made landmark. So the Battle of Bull Run is also referred to as the Battle of Manassas.
Further complicating this is that there were two battles ("First/Second Battle of Bull Run", or "Battle of First/Second Manassas") fought in this area. However, both of them ended in a Union retreat (the first in a rout; the second in a more orderly withdrawal), so the Confederate forces won both of them.
