The concept of angels lusting after women on earth turns religion on its head. It means that heaven, far from being the paradise it is normally portrayed to be, is sadly deficient, with the earth offering rewards that are apparently unobtainable in heaven. It also means that angels were created to be able to have sex, and are therefore not immortal, since the purpose of sex is the replenishment of the species.
Nevertheless, some of the most conservative clergy and theologians do appear to believe that the scriptures describe angels as desiring sex with human women and even being able to father hybrid children.
