the dinosaurs did each other because of greed and maybe even jealousy but research has recently said that they ate each other because the plants died due to global cooling. They also ate other dinosaurs eggs.

Did dinosaurs eat each other until they became extinct?

No, they did not. Dinosaurs are not extinct. There are twice as many dinosaur species alive today than there are mammal species. We just call them birds. This question probably refers to 'non-avian' dinosaurs, in this case probably not.Not all dinosaurs are carnivorous and therefore wouldn't eat each other. Other factors would have effected their extinction.

What happened to humans after the dinosaurs?

Dinosaurs became extinct at the end of the Cretaceous period that is almost 65 million years ago. Genus Homo evolved about 2.5 million years ago. On the other hand, we've changed the name of dinosaurs over the years; now they are called birds.

Was there signs of human life when there were dinosaurs?

If you are referring to dinosaurs other than birds, no. Close relatives of humans didn't appear until 63 million years after the dinosaurs went extinct. If you count birds as dinosaurs, though, we live alongside them today.

Where manaties with dinosaurs?

The non avian dinosaurs became extinct 65.5 million years ago. The earliest sirenians, (the order that includes manatees), didn't evolve until about 50 million years ago, 15 million years after the extinction of the non avian dinosaurs. However, scientists consider birds a group of dinosaurs, and, because birds still exist today, manatees do coexist with avian dinosaurs.

What do you call a grass eater dinosaurs?

Herbivorous dinosaurs included sauropods, stegosaurs, ankylosaurs, hadrosaurs, ceratopsians, and pachycephalosaurs. Grass, however, didn't appear until the end of the Age of Dinosaurs and wasn't common, so dinosaurs would have mainly eaten other plants.

Did dinosaurs live in the rainforest?

Rainforest as we know it today did not exist until after the extinction of dinosaurs. Thus, non-avian dinosaurs did not live in the rainforest, but birds, which are a subgroup of dinosaurs, flourish in rainforests today.

How did the dinosaurs dye?

The dinosaurs died millions of years ago before any other humans were alive. There was a large meteorite coming toward their direction and hit the land. Most dinosaurs died but some dinosaurs stayed alive a few days until they died because the meteor killed the plants and it was to hot for the water to stay any longer. Therefore, all the dinosaurs were gone.

How many years did the dinosaurs walk the earth?

They lasted for over 160 million years until they became extinct as a result of the Earth being struck by a meteor about 65 million years ago..

Are parrots in the time when dinosaurs were alive?

In the sense that birds are dinosaurs, and thus that dinosaurs are still alive, yes. However they were not alive when non-avian dinosaurs were around. Parrots did not evolve until a few million years after non-avian dinosaurs died out.
