There have been lots of Ford V8 engines, not just one. I'll name off a few. 302 V8, 351 Windsor V8, 5.4L Triton V8, 5.0L V8, 4.6L SOHC V8, 5.4L Supercharged Shelby GT500 V8. Yeah, the list keeps going. So there are Ford V8 engines in production today. Particularly the 4.6L V8, 5.4L V8, 5.0L V8, 5.4L Supercharged V8, 6.2L V8, 6.7L Powerstroke Diesel V8, etc, etc, etc.....
