No, the ancient Mesopotamians did not have any sort of Holy Scripture or Writing. The Mesopotamian writing from those times was incredibly simple and had almost no sophistication as it was in fact one of the first written languages, and it probably would have been extremely difficult to write down all of their beliefs as the Mesopotamians supposedly worshipped hundreds or thousands of Gods.
