no... because by that time there was no such thing as soap

they may have used water or rain water.

i do know that they used their urine to clean their feet to take off the germs and soak it in water after.

People in the middle ages did have soap. It was a mild soap made from animal fat, wood ash or potash, and natural soda. In addition to soap medieval people had options such as fuller's earth and lye if a stronger detergent was needed.
