No
durin the cold war the three nations that got divided were Korea,Vietnam and,Germany
Because there were many battles during the war, going by the saying: "We've won the battle, but not the war," both British North America (BNA) (Canada) and the Americans won battles, but since there was no major battle with a definite winner, and only many small battles which they had their share of winning, there was no clear winner.
the enemies of the Korean allies were North Korea and China. There was no 'defeat' in the Korean war, rather, it was a DRAW, no winner......................
There were no winners. There was a cease fire, but no peace deal. The Korean people were the ones who lost the most. This unsatisfactory condition prevails. Technically, it was not a war. It was an UN peace action!
Hitler
Stalin .
They were at war with China
No. The battle had no clear winner.
to clear south Korea from occupation by north Korean and Chinese troops
Germans
The Korean War was the FIRST "Hot" battle of the COLD WAR. The Cold War was a non-shooting (no violence) stand-off between the communist world and the free world. Communist North Korea invaded South Korea; a clear case of self defense.
Although the goal of uniting the Korean peninsula under communist rule was unsuccessful, North Korea and its Communist allies still consider the conflict a victory because North Korea's government survived and exists to this day.
