There was no life on Mars. But from resent discovery there was a (beetle) in 2009 living, but the bug was reported after 5 days dead. That was the life on Mars.

In actual fact, no life, beetle or otherwise, has ever been detected on Mars. The media report that a fossilized microorganism was found in a Martian meteorite found on Earth, was not confirmed-- it could have been something unrelated to life.

Did dinosaurs used to live on mars?

There is some evidence that suggest that mars may have harboured life in the past and possibly still does today. However this evidence at best suggest that life on mars is simple single cell life such as bacteria. There is no evidence what so ever that mars supported large multi-cellular life. It is highly unlikely that anything as complicated as an earthworm never mind dinosaurs ever evolved on Mars.
