Naturally occurring microwave radiation from the sun and other objects in the universe certainly existed at the time of the ancient Greek civilization, and some of it did fall on the Earth. But the ancient Greeks had no knowledge of such things.

Microwave ovens require substantial manufacturing technology and electrical power. These did not exist before the 20th century. So the ancient Greeks did not have microwave ovens, nor did they have cell phones, telephones, telegraph, etc., etc., etc.
