Yes Jill Valentine is still alive within the Resident Evil film series. In the novelization of Resident Evil: Extinction it is explained that Jill eventually leads her own group of survivors after proving to be a great asset. In Resident Evil: Afterlife the current movie, Jill is in the final scene, shown to be bad because she is being controlled by Wesker, like in the Resident Evil 5 game.

The umbrella chronicles actually delves into this T-A.L.O.S mission with these two, but doesn't cover what happens to Jill ... anyways ... in his flashback, chris is describing to his new partner, Sheva, how the two of them engaged superhuman wesker in hand to hand. wesker, of course, gets the upperhand and is about to do away with chris when Jill saves him by lunging at wesker, throwing him, and herself out of a window and over a cliff to their deaths. the flashback scene ends with chris yelling "JIIIILLLLL!!" out of the window. he then explains that niether wesker's, nor Jill's bodies were ever found and she was presumed dead.the rest ... you'll have to play the game to see but it's not too hard to figure out what had happened.

(I assume you are playing Chris and you are talking about the last battle.. ?) When Wesker jumps to where Sheva is you keep shooting him to distract him. This gives Sheva a longer time to climb up. When she climbs up (It will show you when she does) you have to run to the boulder and push it. Then she will cross to where you are. After that part you have to kill Wesker, I guess the only way for her to not die in this part is to make sure she doesn't get too close to him.

He injected himslef with the T-Virus, oblivious to the effects it would have on him. In Resident Evil 5 he is the vice president of Umbrella Coorperations. He develops a new experiment called "Uroboros", the extraction of plant energy to be then mixed with a new formula, much more powerful than the T-Virus. He planned to use the Uroboros experiment to take over the African Continent then the world. no wesker did not inject himself he was one of the wesker experimental children he was already strong to begin with but their was problems with the wesker children they needed to be injected every now and then but it was not the t-virus. William birkins was the one who kept him in check with his medicine hence the reason to why he did not die by the hands of tyrant in part 1 he was always going to be evil because he wanted to be known as a god
