I really can't see a "good" reason for asking this, and your question isn't clear. - is it about how many out of those killed that were killed by by blacks - is it about how many out of all white people that were killed by blacks - and how do you determine that someone is white or black? Plenty of people who have a mixed ancestry. - And how would you determine that it was the skin colour that made the difference? Blacks in general have higher unemployment, less education, more drug abuse, more criminality(see a trend here?) Maybe if you compared not between black/white, but between people that are equally socially challenged, you'd get a much more even result.

The reason it is seen as racist to some is because white people have access to news about what is going on and affecting white people around the clock(i.e. what are the opinions of white people, what are white people interested in, what are ways to deal with [insert issue here] in that of the typical white persons life, etc.) as opposed to blacks, Latinos, and those of other races who have to hear the same news though it may not be affecting their culture, community, race the same.

Black codes were codes made during Reconstruction after the Civil war, they were made to control blacks after they were emancipated. All people regardless of race are violent, it's part of the human condition. Violence is violence and blacks are violent against black in black nations, neighborhoods, and communities... although historically here in America, African Americans have endured systematic slavery, violence, hatred, and while conditions are continually improving African Americans are still only 14% of the population and the majority of violent crimes between blacks and whites is still white on black.
