Well, not directly. I do not think Luther explicitly advocated women's rights. However, Luther's doctrine called that the clergy (which included nuns and sisters) be allowed to marry, which the Roman Catholic church had forbidden. So, if you want to look at it this way, nuns did get the right marry. Luther himself was married to one.
