Yes, but he never answered it. Maybe because he is a fictional character.
Albus Dumbledore sent that Howler.
there is no such thing as a hower but there is such thing as a howler. a howler is a magical letter that is sent when you want to get a strong point across. one is sent to Ron after he and harry fly the family car.
If you don't want any spoilers for the Harry Potter series, I would advise that you don't read this.Aunt Petunia's howler said, "remember my last", and was from Dumbledore. It was meant to be a reminder of the letter he sent her when he put Harry on her doorstep when he was one years old, and that letter said basically to take care of Harry as if he was her own son. However, Petunia did not care for Harry as her own and was prepared to throw him out when they thought Harry had attacked Dudley with the Dementors, but Dumbledore sent her the howler. So basically, all in all, the howler meant to remind Petunia of Dumbledore's first letter and to not throw Harry out, as this is something she would not even consider doing to her own son.
Dolores Umbridge.
For his birthday they got him nothing, hence the fact Dudley taunts him about this. But for Christmas, they sent him a toothpick.
Harry Truman sent troops to Korea in 1950.
A dwarf was sent to Harry to sing him a valentine by Ginny (Ron's sister).
Tybalt. He sent a letter to Montague's house challenging Romeo to a duel.
He kept telling Harry half-truths (or nothing at all), he sent him to the Dursleys, he let Snape abuse Harry, he kept sending (luring) Harry into deadly danger...
The long thin package contained a Nimbus 2000 broomstick that was sent to him by Professor McGonagall. She had arranged for an exception to be made allowing Harry to own his own broomstick after he gained a place on the Quidditch team.
Dolores Umbridge sent dementors to Kiss Harry, if that's what you mean.
Probably not. He is very famous and would not have time if every one in the world sent him a letter. I do not know for sure. I think the letter came back, but only if he liked the girl who sent him a letter ...:)
