The answer to THAT question is, unless directed by your physician, you should not take more than 1000mg of Tylenol (acetaminophen) at one time, so that you can avoid liver damage. Also, do not take more than 4000mg of Tylenol in a 24 hour period. As a side note, hopefully you are asking about this medication because you have severe and/or chronic pain, and not for the "high" of which some speak!
