Personel management deals more with scheduling, projects, assignments, and things of that nature. HR management deals more with benefits and salaries, equal opportunity, sexual harrassement, complaints and employee well being.
HR is Human Resource Management and PM is Personnnel Management. PM focuses on the Recruitment and management of work that an employee has to do. But HM focuses on the well being of all the employees and their safety measures at the organisation. HR also include the job of training, recruitment and provide all kind of motivation for the better result for the organisation.
