No, Diploma students can't pursue MCA after diploma because diploma is equivalent to class 12th and for a master's degree you need to pursue bachelors degree first then after you can go for mca.

If you are a 10+2+Diploma student,You can join MCA but not directly,So you need to complete any under graduate of any,then u can join MCA.If you are a 10+Diploma holder.I think you may not possible to do MCA....Instead you can do any BE,BTECH.....
