Go to paciflog town if you look on your pokenav its a round circle in the ocean a little southwest from sootopolis city, anyways when you do get there that's good! Now use Surf to go right from the town now notice theres some rocks above you if you look real hard you will see a small opening go through and go around the rocks and you will see a cave this is sky pillar sort of.. Go through this cave and and now go into the big building this is sky pillar use your Mach bike to get through here.
