the main disease of the of the heart is cholesterol which produces the other diseases like high blood pressure.......etc.

Cholesterol is not a disease but a type of fat, which if in excess can be deposited on the internal walls of the arteries, reduces the circulation and raises blood-pressure, leading to various cardio-vascular diseases.
