Do 'Stardust Dragon' and 'Majestic Dragon' come in the 'Majestic Star Dragon' tin?

You may get a Majestic Dragon in one of the Stardust Overdrive packs, but you do not get Duelist Genesis packs, so would not be able to get a Stardust Dragon from that particular tin.

you have to get stardust overdrive the pack to do that you have to go talk to MC in new domino city he is in the stadium loby and then you have to go and defeat the signer shadows but save before doing so because your life points wont be reset after each battle. if you already have the pack then buy packs till you get the pack on card list then search majestic dragons code then enter it in the world championship shop where it says password and there you go hope i helped ;)
