No, due to the way the consoles sync with the portals, they are mostly incompatible. The 3DS variant only works for the 3DS. The Xbox 360 version only works on the XBox 360. But the Wii and the PS3 can use each other's portal, they are compatible with either.

∙ 11y agoYou can plug the 3DS Portal of Power into a Wii instead of using batteries, it can be powered from USB just like if you connected it to a PC. But it still can only be used with the 3DS version of the game, not the Wii version.
