No.
Scouts shake with their left hand, the one closest to the heart, as a sign of unity and camaraderie. They do not need to be in uniform to express this.
Members of the Boy Scouts of America wear the official uniform. Units may have an activity uniform that usually consists of a custom T shirt. Venturers may wear the official uniform or they can design their own.
Actually, Cub Scouts don't shake with the left hand. The Cub Scout handshake is done with the right hand, with the index and middle fingers extended and placed against the other person's wrist. The Boy Scout handshake is an ordinary handshake done with the left hand.
The Arrow Of Light is the only Cub Scout award that can be worn on the Boy Scout uniform. Religious knots that are earned as Cub Scouts can also be worn on the Boy Scout uniform but they are actually awarded through the churches in cooperation with the scouts and so not really official scout badges.
Maybe, but not as part of the Boy Scout uniform.

Yes a boy could wear a Girl Scout uniform. In fact, in some countries Boy Scouts and Girl Guides/Girl Scouts are members of the same organizations and wear the same uniform. In the USA, a boy wold be able to fit into a Girl Scout uniform. However, he still would not be a member of Girl Scouts of the USA. For ages under 18, only females can be members of GSUSA.

The boy's uniform for the Indian Scouts typically consists of a khaki shirt, shorts or trousers, and a neckerchief, often in a distinctive color associated with their troop. They also wear a belt, badges representing their achievements, and a hat or cap. The uniform is designed to promote a sense of unity and discipline among scouts while being practical for outdoor activities.
It is not really a badge (at least not one that is earned). It is the symbol of international scouting and is worn to express unity with scouts all over the world. It is part of the standard uniform of Cub Scouts, Webelos, Boy Scouts, and Venture Scouts and so worn by all of them. It is not part of the uniform for Sea Scouts or Girl Scouts.
The BSA states: The hand-to-forehead salute is correct for flag ceremonies for any person wearing a uniform of the Boy Scouts of America. This includes those wearing the blue blazer dress uniform. The hand-over-heart salute should be used when not in uniform.
You should go to your local Scouts shop if there is one. You can also order a uniform online from the Boy Scouts Shop.
The uniform is one of the methods of Scouting, but it is not mandatory. This should be discussed with the unit leadership.
