On Christmas Eve, some Germans celebrate by going to church, eat carp, decorate tree, and exchange presents. Those that don't celebrate on Christmas Eve, do so on Christmas Day. They also have a holiday on December 26, when they spend time with family and usually eat goose.
There are some differences, but most Australians do observe Christmas in much the same way as North Americans do. One major difference is that in the Southern hemisphere Christmas occurs in summer rather than in winter.

Spain celebrates Christmas on the same day, but instead of one day of Christmas, there is a Christmas season. The Christmas season starts on the 8th of December with the Feast of the Immaculate Conception, and ends on January 6th with Three Kings Day.
