Germans traditionally eat stollen, a fruited yeast bread, at Christmas.
Germans wear the same clothing that is the "norm" for Americans. There really isn't much of a difference, but they do have ethnic clothes.
Christmas isn't a time for people to dress up. But, some kids wear santa hats, elf hats, reindeer antlers. And, some take it to the extreme by dressing up as a full santa.
