Sharks cause many deaths of Hawaiian Monk Seals.
There are about 1300-1400 monk seals left. They are declining 6% every year. These amazing animials are being killed by fisherman, getting tangled up in nets. If u need any more info u can ask me :-)

- In the 19th century Hawaiian monk seals were clubbed to death by whalers and sealers for meat, oil and skin. - U.S. forces hunted them during World War II while occupying Laysan Island and Midway. - Predation by sharks, such as the tiger shark, reduced pup survival. - As a result of human disturbance, ciguatera poisoning, high male to female ratios during breeding season, and entanglement in fishing nets and debris have killed many of the species. - In the northeastern Hawaiian islands, starvation is a serious problem. Lobsters, the seal's preferred food other than fish, are overly hunted and competition from other predators such as sharks, jacks and barrucudas leaves little left over for developing pups. - In areas where male seals outnumber females, several males can compete for a single female, often accidentally killing the female. Females of any age can become targets, including pups.

YES!!! There are many endangered species of fish and seaweeds, however, the two most endangered species are the Hawaiian Monk Seal (7-10 at any given time) and the Hawaiian Green Sea Turtle. Both are Federally protected and have been in the area for hundreds of years.

a fur seal is a type of seal. Fur seals are any of nine species of pinnipeds in the Otariidae family The true seals or earless seals are one of the three main groups of mammals within the seal suborder, Pinnipedia. All true seals are members of the family Phocidae. They are sometimes called crawling seals to distinguish them from the fur seals and sea lions of the family Otariidae. Seals live in the oceans of both hemispheres and are mostly confined to polar, sub-polar, and temperate climates, with the exception of the more tropical monk seals. - Wikipedia
There Main Predators Are Sharks, Especailly Blue Sharks And Great White Sharks. Orcas Are Another Predator. The Only Other Predators Are Humans Because Mediterranean Monk Seals Are Critacally Endangered. Meaning They Are A VERY High Risk Of Extinction.
eagles do not have any enemies. their only enemies are humans.
Hunters are killing the seals. Since there are not enough mother seals, there wouldn't be any baby seals. They should stop hunting seals. Support the cause!
Seals do not have any legs they only have flippers.
