this can be many things, your computer could have a virus, your computer could have a burnt backlight ( if is a old computer 3-5 years old) or if you are continually using the same program or website you might want to contact the manufacture. Like I said it kind of depends if you are using the same program/ website or if you have a old computer. If your computer is old or if you are not using the same using the program take it to the nearest computer depot/ computer manufacture . Resources: Took computer classes for 2 years
