No, EU citizens can enter Bosnia visa free
The American would have to obtain a work visa in the particular EU country of choice in order to work. The popular VISA WAIVER program only allows for a 3-month tourist (no work is allowed). Once the American girlfriend obtains citizenship in an EU country (UK might be the best bet), then both she and boyfriend may live and work in any EU country without restriction.
It depends on which country you come from, as some EU countries are visa-free to the US while others are not.
yes, you do need a visa. If Germany is part of the EU than you need a Schengen Visa. If they are not, than you need a Visa from Germany.
Slovakia is in EU and therefore you don't need tourist visa if you are Irish cityzen.
NO, as they are part of EU.

To play for a professional team is like having a job. Let's say you're a a soccer player. To play youu must have permission to work in the country you are playing. And after a while you're going to have to get a citizenship if you are going to stay. I think u can have max 4 years visa and then u have to get a citizenship or something. If you move between EU countries i don't think you need a citizenship. just a visa to stay.
As of June 2009 Mauritians Nationals do not need a visa for the EU countries..........
