If they are married, or in some other way considered a couple, then yes.
It is still proper etiquette to wait a month or just over a month for a thank you note from the newly married couple because the couple may be on a long honeymoon and just settling into their new lives together.
Answer it Thank you
The phrase "Thank you, teachers" is appropriately punctuated with a comma after "thank you" to separate the expression of gratitude from the noun that follows.
No. This is not an ordinary party. You were invited to share a special moment in the lives of the newly-married couple, and presumably brought a gift. It is up to the new couple to thank you for your gift. If you took some candid snaps, get double prints and send a brief note along with them: "Thanks for inluding me [us]. It was a wonderful day." If you just WANT to send a note, go ahead, but you are not obligated to do so.
No he did not. The only person he married was priscilla. Thank you, thank you very much.

There's not a lot you can do. A) The thank you may have gotten lost in the postal system. B) To whom did you actually hand the gift... are you certain that the couple received it? C) Are you sure that the couple have your correct address? D) Do you know anyone else who gave/sent a gift? Did they receive a thank you?
