While I would never advocate sharing underwear, there is no religious reason why a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (the "Mormon" church) could not share underwear.
The exception to this rule would be adult Mormons who have chosen to participate in a special Temple ceremony called the Endowment. These adults wear a sacred garment under their clothing as a symbol and reminder of the promises they made with God in that ceremony. This special garment is not to be worn by those who have not participated in the ceremony, and therefore may not be shared with people who have not also participated.
Radical Mormons are people who are Mormons or share similar beliefs with Mormons, but don't fit in with the mainstream Mormon culture. They are either more liberal or more conservative than most Mormons.
