Yes of course we as Muslims believe in God. We worship God and God only. The translation of the word God into Arabic is Allah. That is who we as Muslims pray to, we pray to Allah, the ONE that created earth and every living and breathing thing.
The difference between us as Muslims and the Christian people is the fact that we don't believe that Jesus died on the cross, and we don't believe in the Holy Spirit.
