As a metal becomes colder, it generally conducts electricity more efficiently.
They both have the same concentration, but NaOH (Sodium Hydroxide) is more basic than NH4OH (Ammonium Hydroxide), because it breaks apart in H2O more easily. The OH-'s on both of them are technically the same, but the one in NaOH will break off more easily in water than that in NH4OH. Thus, NaOH is a stronger base and a stronger electrolyte.
The more pure the better. Pure copper.
acidic water because the salt slows down the the flow of electricity
I think fruits and vegetables having more active acid will conduct the electricity the most. potato's
H20 is actually a very poor conductor of electricity. Every day water(such as that you get from a tap ) contains more than h20. There are tons of microscopic impurities which are what actually conducts the electricity
No, I wouldn't. It is more like a insulator, not a conductor. Silver conducts electricity the best. If a current were put through cardboard, it would most likely catch on fire, not conduct electricity.
salt water conducts more electricity than fresh water because it contains great amounts of ions which can conduct a lot of electricity
The solution is conducting electricity. All of the HCl is in the form of hydronium ions and chloride ions.
because sweat is water and water conducts electricity better than your skin would
because sweat is water and water conducts electricity better than your skin would
Electricity is the flow of electric current through the conductor. Electric current takes the form of free electrons that transfer from one atom to the other. Thus the more free electrons a material has, the better it conducts.
