If you mean Nina and Fabian, then yes. They got together in the final episode of season one when they shared their first kiss after Amber elected them prom king and queen. Sadly, they break in season two (House of Combination/House of Heartbreak) thanks to tension created by Joy, a speech from Amber to Nina about best friends and boy friends, and a speech from Alfie to Fabian about the 'buddy bench'. Really, it was just dumb misunderstandings and insecurities. If it makes you feel better, they still have very clear feeling for each other.
