In my experience, yes. The Hardbody pickup was a particularly reliable vehicle.
Steel is good for projects that require a high strength and durability. Steel isn't the lightest material around so it isn't great for aircraft missles, race cars and motorcycles. It is however much less expensive than aluminum , titanium and other metals with high strength to weight ratios. Steel also is not good for projects that require high electrical or heat conductivity or that require a high resistance to corrision.
Walnut and Oak are both hardwoods and therefore are both great choices for flooring material. Walnut will be a little bit more expensive due to it's desirability.

It would be a uberlight. Uberlights are good but way to expensive!!! A good board for a novice would be like a Think or Mini Logo. They have great pop, durability, and are reasonably cheap.
Platinum is the strongest and perhaps best metal for jewelry bracelets. It is also the most expensive. Silver is relatively strong as well, and gold is perhaps the worst although very attractive. Gold is easily scratched and dented. Platinum offers great color and great durability.
Epoxy grout is great stuff & it is stain resistant!

The excellent mechanical strength and durability of superalloys are the reasons why it is mostly used for spacecrafts. Super alloys also have a very good resistance at high temperature and mechanical stress.
GREAT!, but expensive.
Any of the Texas Instruments would be great for construction because of their durability and long battery life.
